**Responsibilities**:

- ** Program Milestone Management**
- Develop and maintain the master program schedule, ensuring all milestone dates across design, construction, leasing, and occupancy are clearly defined, tracked, and achieved.
- ** Cross-Team Coordination and Dependency Resolution**
- Act as the central coordination point across design teams, engineering, construction management, leasing, property operations, and external stakeholders, proactively resolving dependencies and conflicts.
- ** Strategic Program Oversight**
- Set strategic direction, ensuring project execution aligns with long-term business objectives, market positioning, and executive stakeholder expectations.
- ** Overall Budget Oversight**
- Own and manage the master project budget, performing regular forecasting, monitoring overall expenditures, and implementing cost mitigation strategies to maintain financial control.
- ** Base Building and Compliance Management**
- Oversee the development of the core and shell/base building, ensuring adherence to quality standards, local building codes, regulatory requirements, sustainability goals, and alignment with planned leasing and tenant operational needs.
- ** Risk & Issue Management**
- identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
- ** Project Assurance**
- including establishing executive level reporting and implementing quality management plans
