Our Vision

Your Role

You will be responsible for outbound verification activities through a mix of call and non-call channels. You will also answer inbound calls from customers and suppliers as part of completing the verification process. This role is suitable for an individual looking to start their career in a fast-growing operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately make outbound customer verification inquiries through all call and non-call channels.
  • Respond accurately and timely to inbound customer and supplier verification inquiries.
  • Assist the Customer Service Management Team with customer vetting, qualifying, set-up, and escalations.
  • Participate in service recovery initiatives with customers and other Eftsure departments.
  • Complete assigned front-line non-call work activities in agreed timeframes.
  • Support continuous improvement processes by making constructive, cost-effective suggestions.
  • Work with other Eftsure Support Teams to ensure best outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skills development for professional improvement.
  • Ensure attendance and timeliness are in line with team and customer expectations.
  • Ensure own and other Team Member safety through following protocols and reporting issues.
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks as delegated by the wider business or Verification leadership teams.
  • Use workplace tools and resources to perform the role and mitigate fraud on customers.
