We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Management Leader to join our team in London. As a key member of our digital product team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our digital products. This includes defining product roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

Job Description

Overview

The Digital Product Management Leader will be responsible for shaping the direction of our digital products and ensuring they meet the needs of our customers. This includes:

  • Defining and executing the digital product roadmap, including prioritizing features and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Leading the development and implementation of digital products, including managing Agile ceremonies and ensuring high-quality feature delivery.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including engineering, design, and product marketing, to ensure alignment on product goals and integration success.
  • Ensuring data-driven decision making, by collecting and analyzing customer data to inform product decisions.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, including emerging technologies and best practices in digital product management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on digital products.
  • Strong experience with digital product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean.
  • Deep understanding of digital product development principles, including user-centered design and data-driven decision making.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product marketing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is £120,000 per annum, plus benefits. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
