Job Title:

Senior Leadership Position

Description:

This position provides strategic leadership and oversight of the organization's corporate functions including finance, procurement, risk management, governance, IT, insurance, facilities, policy, records, and workplace health and safety.

The Director ensures robust corporate systems and practices are in place to support business operations, statutory responsibilities, and strategic objectives.

The role advises the executive director, board, and stakeholders, and drives business improvement initiatives aligned to the evolving commercial, compliance, and service delivery environment.

The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current and satisfactory police check prior to commencement.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Develop and implement efficient and effective governance frameworks and business procedures
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive results through teamwork and project management
  • Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to promote equity, diversity, and work health and safety in the workplace
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, business, or equivalent
  • Substantial experience in leadership and delivery of organizational outcomes
  • High level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
