Job Title

This is a key leadership role that oversees the corporate services functions, including finance, procurement, risk, governance, IT, insurance, facilities, policy, records and workplace health and safety. The successful applicant will have strategic leadership skills with experience in leading high-performing teams and delivering organisational outcomes within an Information Technology, Financial Management and corporate support services environment.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in developing and implementing efficient and effective governance frameworks and business procedures to ensure achievement of strategic outcomes and legislative compliance. They will also possess high-level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and be able to interact and negotiate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and shape the strategic direction and performance of the Corporate Services team. You will drive business improvement initiatives aligned to the evolving commercial, compliance and service delivery environment.

Leadership Expectations are embedded across the organisation, and the successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate these behaviours as a Multiple Area Leader to drive positive change.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, business or equivalent. Additionally, you should apply and promote the principles of equity, diversity and work health and safety in the workplace.
