Overview:
Senior Accountant PositionPacific Industrial Company is a highly regarded privately owned company with a proud 55-year history as a recognized leader in the steel fabrication and construction industry.
We are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead, maintain and enhance the finance function of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for month-end close procedures including journals, reconciliations and reporting to management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end close procedures, including journals and reconciliations;
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and related financial systems;
- Identify and resolve system discrepancies when necessary;
- Deliver accurate and timely month-end accounts for management and the board;
- Assist in the treasury function by maintaining a rolling cash-flow forecast and overseeing banking functions.

This is a key position within our organization, requiring strong financial and analytical skills. As a senior accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial information.
Requirements:

- A degree in Accounting or a related field;
