Are you looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your technical skills to diagnose and repair domestic appliances? We are seeking independent contractors to join our team in Perth, AU.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of domestic appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair domestic appliances to ensure optimal performance
  • Interact with consumers, retailers, and commercial customers in a professional manner
  • Work closely with our Service Allocation Team and Field Service Manager to ensure seamless job execution
  • Manage spare parts and van stock to enable first visit resolution
  • Acknowledge accurate and timely completion of service jobs via company-issued technology
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant license and certification to comply with state legislation
  • Have business registration (ABN) and current public liability insurance ($10 million)
  • Have workers' compensation insurance (if applicable) and availability to cover a metropolitan service area
  • Have laundry, kitchen, or white goods experience, which is advantageous
  • Possess sound technical knowledge of appliances to diagnose and problem solve
  • Be skilled in proper use of tools, equipment, and gauges to ensure optimal use
  • Have excellent customer service and effective communication skills
  • Enjoy building rapport with consumers and delivering a positive experience
