Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Appliance Service Technician to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their appliances are repaired efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and fully test appliance systems to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and develop superior product knowledge through training and service manuals
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
  • Manage van stock of spare parts inventory
Requirements:
  • Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred
  • Industry experience as a minimum
  • Restricted Electrical License for Fixed Wired Electrical Domestic Cooking Appliances
  • Strong communication and PC skills
