Appliance Repair Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Appliance Repair Professional to join our team. As a key member of our repair services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction with the quality service repairs of domestic appliances at customers' residences or in our workshop.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting, with a strong focus on technical issues. Key responsibilities include resolving complex technical problems, completing service reports, and maintaining stock of spare parts inventory.

Your personal attributes should include being organized and self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. You should be customer-focused, with good personal presentation and the ability to manage and handle high levels of pressure.

We require a minimum of 1 year's experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. Additionally, you must have a manual driver's license, strong PC skills, and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and fully testing domestic appliances, including washing machines, dryers, ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, dishwashers, and fridges. You will work independently, but as part of a team, and are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

  • Technical knowledge of domestic appliances is essential for this role.
  • You will need to be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
