We are a leading service and repair business specialising in expert repairs of domestic and commercial appliances.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of domestic and commercial kitchen and laundry appliances.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose and repair various appliances
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products
  • Liaise with clients to ensure excellent customer experience

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Minimum 12 months experience in the same or similar role
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Experience with service repairs on residential white goods/appliances
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivated mindset with ability to work independently
  • Restricted Gas License (desirable)
  • Restricted Electrical License (desirable)
  • Refrigeration Arc License (desirable)
