About the Role


As a Specialist Account Manager, you will join our national specialty team and have full ownership and accountability for managing accounts within your designated territory. You will provide a consistent, science-led service across the Haematology portfolio and work in partnership with our commercial, medical, and sales teams to deliver objectives in line with GSK's strategic objectives.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Implementing comprehensive key account plans to drive value and deliver growth
  • Clinically differentiating GSK's Haematology portfolio as the preferred option for appropriate patients
  • Ensuring key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated, and informed to support the patient journey and enhance the quality use of medicines

Requirements



  • Significant experience in a hospital specialist position, with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environment
  • Experience with and knowledge of the Haematology therapeutic area
  • Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholders
  • Aptitude for science, with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format
  • Sharp commercial focus, complemented by outstanding account management, influencing, and relationship-building skills
