Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled defence recruitment professional to join our team in assisting clients with technical defence recruitment. Our specialists combine market insight with extensive connections, developing pools of engaged talent for key permanent roles.

  • Pursue further defence recruitment and market knowledge development
  • Deliver high-quality results by recruiting roles such as ILS Managers, Project Managers, IT Specialists, and Engineers
  • Lead the complete end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, qualifying, screening, interviewing, and managing candidate expectations
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • A minimum of 5 years local experience in defence recruitment
  • Australian Citizenship and baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
  • Strong relationship building skills and solid organisational skills
  • Drive and hunger to succeed in niche defence recruitment
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
