Key Role: Commercial Strategist

We are seeking a skilled commercial strategist to join our team. As a key member of our System Engineering stream, you will have the opportunity to work on complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia's future.

As a commercial specialist, you will play a critical role in driving acquisition or sustainment commercial, procurement and contract management in Defence. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with ASDEFCON, Defence Procurement, Commonwealth Procurement or other related Defence frameworks.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in Land, Communications, Navy, Space or other Defence sectors. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Previous experience ideally within the Defence or consulting services industries
  • Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance required
  • International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement
