Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client is seeking a seasoned Defence Recruitment Consultant with experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions to join their team. As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and projects, providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in defence recruitment, with expertise in sourcing and qualifying candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, and negotiating salaries. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in defence recruitment

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
