FX Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FX Sales Representative to join our team at EBR. As an FX Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities, and introduce our FX trading platform to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Management: Manage transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is essential for this role.
  • Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Knowledge: A sound understanding of FX eCommerce trading systems and their functionality is necessary for this position.
  • Work Ethic: A willingness to work longer hours when required, and a strong work ethic to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for this role, including written and verbal communication.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field is mandatory for this position.
