About the Role

The Partnerships & Indirect Sales team is a critical component of Ebury's growth strategy, responsible for building strong relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a network of intermediaries from scratch through market research and cold calling to leverage maximum revenue potential.
  • Understand clients' needs and present tailored solutions to help grow partners' businesses while achieving personal and monetary goals.
  • Acquire market expertise and become an expert in the FX world, setting the stage for a successful sales career in a global Fintech.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to identify and generate new business opportunities, drive demand generation, and lead campaigns from conception to launch.
  • Engage in all stages of the Sales Cycle to ensure smooth pipeline progression and maximize results.

About You

  • Enjoy building new relationships with a client acquisition mindset.
  • Have a financial background and be interested in the financial markets.
  • Excel in communication and social skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in B2B partner-facing or client-facing functions, preferably in the financial services industry with experience in the FX market.
  • Be structured in your approach, with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Be passionate about creatively solving problems and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Be able to understand and assess new opportunities based on customer and market need, economics, technological capabilities, and competitive environment.
  • Be fluent in English.
