- Transaction Management: Oversee transaction decisions, including opening and closing deals, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Performance Metrics: Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is essential for this role.
- Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation abilities and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients.
- Technical Knowledge: A sound understanding of the functionality of an FX eCommerce trading system is necessary for this position.
- Work Ethic: A willingness to work longer hours when required and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field is mandatory for this role.
