  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable account openings and long-term relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee transaction decisions, including opening and closing deals, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Performance Metrics: Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is essential for this role.
  • Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation abilities and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Technical Knowledge: A sound understanding of the functionality of an FX eCommerce trading system is necessary for this position.
  • Work Ethic: A willingness to work longer hours when required and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field is mandatory for this role.
