Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FX Sales Professional to join our team. As an FX Sales Professional, you will be responsible for seeking and developing new client leads, introducing potential clients and VIP customers to our platform, and performing client-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Client Management
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
    • Manage client relationships to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Market Analysis
    • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
    • Develop and implement market strategies to meet client needs and drive sales growth
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
    • Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding of client needs and market opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in FX sales or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in Mandarin
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
