Job Opportunity

The Program Support Officer will provide high-level administrative support for a wide range of program-related tasks, including travel management, workshop logistics, events coordination, and occasional support with research projects.

About the Role

  • Organize workshops, appointments, and meetings to support program-related activities.
  • Coordinate facility-wide events, including planning and logistics for annual senior leadership meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of project-related documents to manage the flow of information.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and reviews.
  • Organize travel arrangements, administration, and expenses claims for team leaders and leadership members as required.
  • Assist with ad hoc research and gathering information on economic and market trends and support analysis if required.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to team leaders and wider leadership teams as required.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
