About the Project

This business-critical project requires a highly skilled HR Payroll Systems Consultant to support several key workstreams. The successful candidate will identify risks and develop solutions related to payroll, systems, and IR, ensuring compliance and governance.

The Role

You will be responsible for validating data from a large-scale parallel payroll system, remediation, and resolution of payroll irregularities, and ensuring provisions have been included in relevant HR systems for upcoming changes to the Enterprise Agreement and relevant Awards.

Your Skills and Experience

Given the breadth of this project, we are looking for a candidate with demonstrated experience working within a HR project team, strong attention to detail, and comfortability with payroll data. Experience with Power BI and SAP would be ideal. You should be an action-oriented team player who can work to key deadlines and milestones as part of a project team.

About the Opportunity

A flexible environment with hybrid working arrangements is available, as is the opportunity to work part-time (3 or 4 days per week).
