Business Critical Project: Mitigating Risk and Leveraging Technology

This role presents a unique opportunity to join a project team focused on mitigating risk for a well-known organisation. With a large scale business critical project underway, we are seeking an experienced HR Systems Consultant to support key workstreams.

  • Identification of risks and development of solutions as it relates to payroll, systems, and IR.
  • Validation of data from using a large scale parallel payroll system.
  • Remediation and resolution of payroll irregularities.
  • Ensuring provisions have been included in relevant HR systems for upcoming changes to the Enterprise Agreement and relevant Awards.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 + super
