Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD AND NURTURE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL NETWORKS TO IDENTIFY AND DEVELOP NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE CORPORATE BANKING SECTOR.
  • SUPPORT OR LEAD THE ORIGINATION, DUE DILIGENCE, APPROVAL, AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPLEX CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS, ENSURING ALL PROCESSES ARE MANAGED EFFICIENTLY AND COLLABORATIVELY.
  • DEVELOP TAILORED SOLUTIONS THAT DEMONSTRATE A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF CLIENT NEEDS AND INDUSTRY TRENDS WHILE PROACTIVELY MANAGING THE FORWARD BUSINESS PIPELINE.
  • ARRANGE AND EXECUTE CREDIT PRODUCTS FOR CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS, INCLUDING BILATERAL, CLUB, AND SYNDICATED FACILITIES, ENSURING ALL DOCUMENTATION IS ACCURATE AND COMPLIANT.
  • PROVIDE STRATEGIC GUIDANCE ON GROWING AND MANAGING A DIVERSE LOAN PORTFOLIO WITH CAREFUL CONSIDERATION FOR OPTIMAL COMPOSITION ACROSS GEOGRAPHY, INDUSTRY SECTORS, AND RISK PROFILES.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary degree in finance, economics or business administration.
  • At least eight years of experience in the local syndicated loan or corporate banking market.
  • Exceptional legal acumen combined with advanced documentation skills.
  • Strong financial modelling abilities.
  • Comprehensive risk analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience managing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks within corporate portfolios.
