Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position covering multiple locations on the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract analysis, contract management, and supervising cleaning contractors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts with suppliers, cleaners, and customers, ensuring compliance with relevant government regulations, policies, and processes. They will also supervise cleaning contractors' work, facilitate problem resolution, and prepare quotes for clients.
