About Our Client

Our client is a mid-tier head contractor specializing in high-rise residential and commercial projects. They are expanding and have a strong pipeline for 2025 and 2026. This is a long-term position on the northern Gold Coast.

Job Responsibilities
  • Writing scopes of works
  • Negotiating and managing sub-contracts
  • Involvement with monthly cost reports
  • Handling variations
Candidate Profile

Proven experience in similar roles within building and construction projects, high computer literacy, familiarity with software such as Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, and excellent interpersonal skills.
