**Key Administration Role on the Gold Coast**

We are seeking a dedicated office professional to support our team with day-to-day Reception and Administration functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include answering and directing calls, maintaining presentation of the showroom and boardroom, coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, meeting and greeting clients and suppliers in a professional manner, updating and management of customer data base, processing service contracts and renewals, ensuring adequate stationary and brochure supplies are available, and general administrative support when required.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Reception/Administration position
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to take accurate messages and phone numbers
  • Positive and flexible attitude and a genuine desire to deliver on commitments
  • Ability to work independently and in conjunction with all stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office & CRM systems
