MDCC is hiring a Contracts Administrator role in Southport, QLD. This is a full-time position. Apply now to be part of our team.

The Trustee for Mackenzie Family Trust, Trading (MD Commercial Cleaning) provides commercial cleaning services across the Gold Coast with a focus on customer service. We service alongside 45 cleaners or more over 100 Gold Coast businesses, including Body corporations, Schools, Medical Centres, and Offices from Palm Beach to Coomera. The Contract Administrator will cover multiple locations on the Gold Coast on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with contract analysis of customers and cleaners to support growth and expansion.
  • Manage and supervise all aspects of contracts with suppliers, cleaners, and customers, effectively and efficiently, with the ability to manage multiple contracts (clients) simultaneously.
  • Work with the General Manager, clients, and cleaning contractors to ensure contracts are fulfilled and jobs are completed on time within budget.
  • Monitor compliance of work with relevant government regulations, policies, and processes.
  • Supervise cleaning contractors' work to ensure compliance with OHS and customer requirements.
  • Facilitate problem resolution between contractors, the company, and internal and external clients, implementing changes to meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare and review quotes for clients according to requirements.
  • Prepare monthly reports on services provided, staff records, and inventory; advise management on actions to implement decisions.
  • Arrange contracts with suppliers, customers, or other external parties.
  • Manage documentation related to cleaning contracts, service agreements, and operational protocols; evaluate data related to cleaning projects and report findings to management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: At least 3 years working in the cleaning industry or a similar field.
  • Education: At least a Diploma in a closely related field.
  • Language: Must have good English and be able to speak Spanish.

Salary: $76,550 – $80,000 per year (plus superannuation).
