The Trustee for Mackenzie Family Trust, Trading (MD Commercial Cleaning) is looking for a Contract Administrator.

Established in 2009, MD Commercial Cleaning provides the best commercial cleaning services possible. Our primary focus is customer service.

We service alongside 45 cleaners or more over 100 Gold Coast businesses. We clean and provide solutions to various commercial properties such as Body corporations, Schools, Medical Centres, and Offices from Palm Beach to Coomera.

The Contract Administrator will join our team to cover multiple locations on the Gold Coast on a full-time basis. To assist us in meeting, contract analysis of our customers' and cleaner's requirements for our growth expansion.

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of contracts with supplies, cleaners, and customers, effectively and efficiently with the ability to manage multiple contracts (clients) simultaneously.

The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and flexibility.

The contract administrator will work closely with the General Manager, clients, and cleaning contractors to ensure that all contracts are fulfilled and that jobs are completed on time within budget.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitor compliance of work with relevant government regulations, policies, and processes.
  • Supervise cleaning contractor's work and confirm that they comply with OHS and customer requirements.
  • Facilitate problem resolution between contractors, the company, and internal and external clients, implementing required changes to meet customers' expectations.
  • Preparing and reviewing quotes for clients according to requirements.
  • Prepare monthly reports about services provided, staff records and inventory.
  • Advising upper management on necessary actions to ensure their decisions are implemented.
  • Arrange contracts with suppliers, customers or other external parties.
  • Control and training the workforce to meet the quality standards expected by customers.
  • Manage documentation related to cleaning contracts, service agreements, and operational protocols.
  • Evaluate data related to cleaning projects, analyse outcomes, and report findings to management.

Skills

· Ability to deliver on multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines with a high level of detail and accuracy.

· Experience: At least 3 years working in the cleaning industry or similar

· At least a Diploma in a closely related field.

Must have good English and be able to speak Spanish.

Salary: between $76550 to $ plus superannuation).
