Group Reservations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all group bookings of 10 rooms or more including PCO group blocks relating to inventory, payment and group setup.
  • Ensure timely input of reservations and data.
  • Prepare group information sheets (group movements) and brief Hotel stakeholders prior to arrival of group.
  • Perform all reservations duties including making and entering reservations.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and fast and accurate data entry.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience in a Front Office or Reservations role is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Opera PMS is advantageous.
