Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of centre budgets and forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning and management.
  • Develop and contribute to the objectives of the Asset and Business Plan to drive business growth and success.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with retailers, operators, and contractors to ensure smooth centre operations and maximize revenue.
  • Proactively manage the performance of contract teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and minimize costs.
  • Ensure that all building services are functioning properly and are constantly monitored to prevent any disruptions or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including OH&S requirements.
Requirements
  • Shopping Centre experience working as a Facilities/Operations Coordinator or Services Assistant.
  • Excellent contractor management skills to ensure effective service delivery and minimize costs.
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and understand plans and technical data to ensure accurate decision-making.
  • Ability to effectively structure external service provider teams to maximize efficiency and performance.
