- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with retailers, operators, and contractors to ensure smooth centre operations and maximize revenue.
- Proactively manage the performance of contract teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and minimize costs.
- Ensure that all building services are functioning properly and are constantly monitored to prevent any disruptions or issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including OH&S requirements.
- Shopping Centre experience working as a Facilities/Operations Coordinator or Services Assistant.
- Excellent contractor management skills to ensure effective service delivery and minimize costs.
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to read and understand plans and technical data to ensure accurate decision-making.
- Ability to effectively structure external service provider teams to maximize efficiency and performance.
