Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Support the parts and warehouse team with inventory management, including tracking and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supplier Invoicing and Accounts Payable: Complete supplier invoicing, accounts payable, and mail management tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the service supervisor, including scheduling services, answering phone calls, and completing safety compliance tasks.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our well-established customer base, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • ERP Experience: Intermediate skills in ERP systems, preferably with Movex, and experience with financial processes and accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Interpersonal Skills: World-class interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers.
