Parts Interpreter – Port Hedland

Job Title: Parts Interpreter – Port Hedland
CJD Equipment has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join our busy Port Hedland branch.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, this role requires you to work as part of a small team, assisting customers and internal workshop staff in the sourcing, sales and distribution of truck, heavy trailer and construction machinery spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source and sell spare parts and other parts as required, using multiple systems to interpret parts required by customers and our busy service department.
- Adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have a strong sales and customer focus.
- Be confident, courteous and have a positive work ethic.
- Good computer skills with Microsoft applications.
- Common sense and the willingness to use initiative.
- Ability to work and participate in a team environment.
- Willingness to participate in an 'on call' roster.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in heavy truck, trailer and construction – preferred.
- Ability to manage stock, receipt, display and dispatch.
- A current driver's licence and forklift licence (preferred, not essential).
