Lead Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our business.

  • Determining Product Mix, Stock Levels, and Service Standards:

    Develop strategies to optimize product offerings, inventory levels, and customer service standards.

  • Purchasing, Marketing, and Sales:

    Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, set prices, and promote goods and services effectively.

  • Sales and Customer Service:

    Sell products and provide exceptional customer service, offering advice on product use and applications.

  • Record Keeping and Budgeting:

    Maintain accurate records of stock levels, financial transactions, and undertake budgeting for the establishment.

  • Staff Supervision and Training:

    Control staff selection, training, and supervision, ensuring high performance and compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, can work well under pressure, multitask, and possesses excellent knowledge of coffee. They should also have skills in training staff and ideally be a skilled barista.
