Executive Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse team, responsible for performance management, workforce planning, and other HR practices.
  • Maintain compliance with Aged Care standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams and frontline staff to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee all aspects of clinical care provision, direction, and performance.
  • Ensure efficient operational and financial management of the home.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership skills and experience.
  • AHPRA registration as a nurse.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and accreditation standards.
  • Thorough knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, ACFI, and Aged Care Standards.
  • Effective financial and budgeting skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to set up and utilize systems.
  • Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and adapting to change.
