Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that the high standards of the hotel are maintained and that every guest leaves with a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and work closely with the team to achieve the highest level of customer service.
  • Manage daily operations and ensure seamless execution of events and services.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of working areas.
  • Assist with department training requirements and support employees in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ideal candidate will have certifications such as Responsible Service of Alcohol and I'm Alert Food Safety Certification.
