Retail Planogram Merchandiser Opportunity

Crossmark Australia is seeking a skilled Retail Planogram Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our field sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality point-of-sale displays in-store, building relationships with store managers and team members, and promoting a wide range of products for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build visually appealing in-store displays to drive sales and engagement
  • Collaborate with store teams to identify opportunities for product placement and promotional space
  • Utilize our StoreTrack App to report tasks and capture high-quality photos daily

Requirements:
  • Supermarket retail experience is desirable but not essential; no experience necessary
  • A valid car driver's license and reliable vehicle (learners permit not accepted)
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • 3-4 days of availability, including Wednesday and Thursday (minimum)
