Lead Business Strategist Responsible for delivering high-impact business performance improvement initiatives and operational efficiency across departments and functions.
- Develop, execute and monitor strategies for improving overall business performance.
- Provide strategic advice and support to senior leadership on business improvement initiatives.
- Ensure effective marketing and brand strategies are in place.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders, identifying areas of underperformance and recommending corrective actions.
- Lead, manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to support professional growth.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of business performance strategies with organizational objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends and legislation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the same industry.
- An excellent understanding of business operations and performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data analysis software.
- Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Sound judgment and leadership decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and legislation applicable to your area of expertise.
