Job Title

Lead Business Strategist Responsible for delivering high-impact business performance improvement initiatives and operational efficiency across departments and functions.

  • Develop, execute and monitor strategies for improving overall business performance.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to senior leadership on business improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective marketing and brand strategies are in place.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders, identifying areas of underperformance and recommending corrective actions.
  • Lead, manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to support professional growth.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of business performance strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends and legislation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the same industry.
  • An excellent understanding of business operations and performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data analysis software.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Sound judgment and leadership decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and legislation applicable to your area of expertise.
