At Sephora, we're seeking a talented Store Manager to lead our team in Sydney, AU. As a key member of our management team, you'll drive a selling culture, consistently raise performance, and implement a continuous improvement mentality. You'll also play a pivotal role in creating amazing customer experiences, managing day-to-day store operations, and developing sales and budget strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values
  • Consistently raise performance and capability of the team
  • Utilize and exploit data to support operational decisions
  • Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team
  • Deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
  • Hands-on leadership style with a knack for attracting and inspiring talented employees
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to influence team members
