Role Overview

The Creative Store is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their innovative in-house team. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, designing, administrative, executing and buying process for designated client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of client work from brief to execution, including ongoing WIP's and updates
  • Liaising with internal teams on executions
  • Planning and scheduling
  • Financial and administrative governance (with support from leaders)
  • Building strong and successful working relationships with your team & clients
  • Weekly monitoring of all work-related activities within your client portfolios

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate and positive, with at least 3-4 years of experience in an Account Manager role within a marketing and/or consulting agency. You will have a track record of successful client relationships and campaign deliveries in a fast-paced environment. You will be highly organised, have a high level of interpersonal and communications skills, be presentable and have excellent time-management and budgeting skills, along with strong attention to detail.
