Job Title: Environmental Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science and be able to conduct site assessments, sampling and monitoring programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting desktop reviews, data gathering and technical research;
  • Managing and analysing data from environmental investigations and remediation operations;
  • Compiling reports, including monitoring plans, environmental site assessments and health and safety documentation;
  • Implementing field-based environmental inspection and monitoring programs;
  • Sampling soil, groundwater and surface water.

The requirements for this role include:

  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in environmental science or a related field;
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Hydrogeology, Soil Science or Environmental Engineering;
  • Experience with environmental regulations (Australian preferred);
  • Strong Excel skills (Power BI experience desirable);
  • Current Australian working rights and a valid state driving license.
