Role Overview

We are seeking casual chefs/cooks to join our team for the season. As a seasonal chef/cook, you will be responsible for preparing hearty, tasty meals for hungry travellers on our trains and hospitality venues.

You will work collaboratively with our hospitality crew to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cooking a variety of meals to high standards
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene practices
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Adapting to changing circumstances and priorities

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef or Cook (preferably in hospitality or tourism)
  • Excellent cooking skills across multiple cuisines and techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility to commit to a minimum of 6 months
