About the Position

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in maintaining smooth service operations.

You will lead a station, jump on the tools, and keep tickets moving to ensure that we deliver consistent, high-quality dishes at speed in a fast-paced environment.

Maintenance of kitchen hygiene and food safety is crucial, including temperature control, labeling, and allergen management. You will also assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and waste reduction initiatives.

In addition to your technical skills, you will play a vital role in training and supporting newer team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Your schedule will include a stable 40-hour roster, Wednesday to Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays off.

About You
  • Around 1-2 years' experience in a busy kitchen; burger or grill experience is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to work steadily under pressure, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a team-first mindset.
  • Prioritize consistency and maintain a clean workspace, adhering to basic food-safety knowledge (training provided) and possessing full Australian work rights.
  • Availability for nights and weekends (Wednesday to Sunday).
