Account Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing Sales and Account Management team. This strategic, client-facing role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a process-driven approach and a focus on delivering outcomes collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple service lines, building deep, trusted relationships through regular check-ins and proactive account management.
  • Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring their needs are represented across delivery and support teams.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and take steps to mitigate issues and ensure retention.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers, strong communication, and service alignment.
Requirements:
  • Experienced in account management, preferably within professional services or cybersecurity.
  • Skilled at building client relationships and managing multiple accounts with structure and consistency.
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially aware, able to identify and act on growth opportunities without being salesy.
