About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our performance marketing efforts in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition across digital channels and will be skilled in data analysis, creative collaboration, and partnership management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Marketing Leadership: Champion performance marketing in Australia and work with our in-house agency to scale acquisition efforts on key paid channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting Oversight: Monitor campaign performance to derive actionable insights and maintain a regular reporting cadence.
  • 'Refer-A-Friend' Program Development: Work with regional product marketing team to scale a highly successful referral program that drives customer advocacy and viral growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 4+ years in a high intensity growth marketing or performance marketing role, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition across digital channels.
  • Data Analysis: Highly skilled in data analysis, using insights to drive better strategies and inform key decisions.
  • Creative Collaboration: Value the importance of creative in performance marketing and have worked closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ads.
  • Partnership Management: Strong experience working on successful partnerships with sound unit economics.
