The Role
You'll drive APAC's growth by managing performance marketing campaigns across channels. You'll expand market presence, improve cost of acquisition, and increase brand visibility through strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that maximize bookings and enhance customer engagement. Reporting directly to the General Manager of APAC, you'll collaborate with HQ teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels to maximize bookings.
- Monitor key performance metrics and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
- A/B test ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to optimize landing pages and conversion flows.
- Work closely with Product and Web teams to improve website experience and reduce bounce rates.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify new acquisition opportunities.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic brand and commercial partners to drive growth.
- Develop and manage influencer marketing, referral programs, and user-generated content initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Digital marketing, managing Performance Campaigns on Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience managing B2B partnerships, influencer marketing, or referral programs is highly valued.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
