Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing Specialist to play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about health, fitness, and social media. You should be an avid follower of the industry and have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the social media team to develop marketing strategies relating to athlete influencers
  • Develop and execute experiential and event appearance marketing agendas for the influencer team
  • Liaise with athletes on content requirements across all channels and ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with athletes daily providing feedback on performance and areas for improvement
  • Nurture and develop athlete influencers or partnerships, acting as the key point of contact across all projects
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and continue to recruit, develop, and grow the team
  • Onboard athletes, deliver product and marketing training, and social media best practice sessions
  • Manage content shoots, ensuring availability of athletes/influencers, content creators/studios, and locations
  • Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life
  • Renewal and negotiation of partnership contracts
  • Ensure all KPIs and contractual obligations are being met
  • Report on athlete performance and provide advice on future growth opportunities
