About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Delivery Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering approved programs to offenders, ensuring community safety through evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate offender program activities to ensure timely access to appropriate interventions
- Prepare offenders for participation in programs, ensuring consistency with operational plans
- Deliver offender intervention programs in accordance with established guidelines and procedures
- Provide advice to relevant stakeholders on offender program suitability and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate records and data for the Integrated Offender Management system (IOMS)
- Analyze assessment results and contribute to case management and sentence management activities
- Ensure the timely provision of reports to courts and parole boards for participants
- Promote the value of offender programs to relevant agencies and support services
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in offender management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with offender management systems and policies
