Program Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Program Delivery Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in planning activities to ensure timely access to approved programs and interventions.
  • Prepare offenders for offender intervention programs, conducting assessments and recording information as needed.
  • Deliver offender intervention programs in accordance with operational plans, providing advice on program suitability and other interventions.
  • Monitor progress of offenders during programs and report on progress, ensuring accuracy and currentness of records and information data for the Integrated Offender Management system (IOMS).
  • Comply with program management procedures, standards, and guidelines, maintaining knowledge of contemporary offender programs research and practices, legislation, policy, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to participate in case management activities for offenders requiring program participation, administering assessments and analysing results.
  • Contribute to case management and sentence management activities for offenders, working effectively within established protocols and guidelines.
