Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Offender Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Offender Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of offender programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate offender program activities to ensure timely access for offenders.
  • Prepare offenders for offender intervention programs, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources.
  • Monitor progress and report on the effectiveness of offender programs, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement evidence-based offender programs.
  • Provide guidance and advice on offender program suitability and other interventions, promoting a culture of best practice.
Requirements

To be successful as an Offender Program Coordinator, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of offender management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in program coordination, preferably in a corrections or community services setting.
  • A keen analytical mind, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform program development and improvement.
