Job Role

The NSW Police Force is seeking a professional to support the management of multicultural issues and engage with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.

This role involves providing advice and support to police, establishing close relationships with CALD communities, and implementing strategies to deliver responsive and sensitive services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building rapport and trust with CALD communities through regular outreach and engagement activities.
  • Developing and maintaining effective partnerships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Providing cultural awareness training and education to police and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting police in time-critical events and addressing emerging issues within CALD communities.
