About the Role
  • The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships across contractors, rental companies, and dealer networks.
  • This role requires a thorough understanding of the market landscape and competitor activity to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through the identification and pursuit of new opportunities in earthmoving and access equipment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, aligning with company goals and market trends.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and stay up-to-date with market developments to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' proven sales experience in earthmoving, access equipment (AWP), or construction machinery.
  • Strong B2B sales background with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Solid industry network and understanding of the market landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
